Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept most major debit and credit cards. We also accept PayPal.

Q: Where's your timber from?

We pride ourselves on using only the finest natural materials - ANDEN's co-founder Gavin Coyle is a master cabinet maker who, given half a chance, will chew your ear off about timber varieties, wood grain and sustainability - and as a result all our wood comes from sustainable sources, and is often rescued from larger cabinetry commissions. A startling amount of high quality timber is wasted in the bespoke furniture industry, so we're only too happy to turn these exotic off cuts into something beautiful and functional.

Q: Do you take bespoke commissions?

A: We make most of our products to order so in theory, if you have a favourite wood species drop us a line at hello@madebyanden.com and we will do everything we can to help.

Q: Which Apple watches does it charge?

A: The ANDEN Watch Valet will charge any series Apple Watch, but if Apple decide to change things, so will we.

Q: What size straps fit in the valet?

A: We’ve yet to find a strap that doesn’t fit in the Valet, although if you have a penchant for thick leather cuffs you may struggle. We've tested it with a dozen official Apple straps and have yet to find one that won’t fit.

Q: Does the Valet come with a watch charger?

A: The ANDEN Watch Valet doesn’t come supplied with an Apple Watch charger, but it does fit your existing charger (assuming it's an official Apple product) perfectly. Be warned, some third-party chargers have slightly different dimensions which may not fit as well. We test each product with an official and unofficial charger to ensure everyone is satisfied.
